I am a Field Service Engineer. I am responsible for troubleshooting and repair of our fleet of PV systems.
“Solar’s Got Talent” is the name given by an Oregon clean energy co-op for a collaboration with three Talent institutions that obtained $149,656 in state grants to help construct solar arrays with battery backups.

I’m a Lead Solar Installer and a Limited Renewable Energy Electrician. I’m in the field every day working with a great team of fellow installers to build solar electric systems.
A variety of local, state, and federal policies guide solar development in Oregon. In many cases, multiple policies support a single solar project. Oregon was an early leader in solar deployment.
I’m the Book Keeper for True South Solar, which basically means I have the most fun. I record the day to day financial transactions of the business.
