Ashland Emergency Food Bank Completes Rooftop Solar Through Generosity. Their 4.59 Kw system was donated from the Ashland Food Co-op along with labor donated by True South Solar.
Ashland Emergency Food Bank completed a 4.59 kW solar installation in 2017. The twenty-seven solar panel system was donated by the Ashland Food Co-op in cooperation with True South Solar, which donated the labor required to decommission the system from the Ashland Food Co-op and reinstall it on the Ashland Emergency Food Bank. The project took several months to coordinate between the three organizations and was completed the last week of March, 2017.
